Quotes should be carefully checked. If part of the quote is omitted, the missing text must be replaced by the symbol [&#8230;].<br>If a quote is in a foreign language, a translation in the language of the main text is provided in the text body, and the original text presented in a footnote. If the quote was translated by the author of the article, this should be indicated in the following form, using the author\u2019s initials: (trad.
